The Full Stack conference for ABAP developers, by ABAP developers. ABAPConf and FioriConf join forces to offer a full stack conference for SAP developers. We honor the fact that ABAP developers are the first full stack developers by bringing FIori topics to ABAPConf.

ABAPConf is now a 2 day event: on site and online. ABAPConf will also be co-hosted at several locations! We hope that this allows as many people to attend as possible.
Co-locations are hosted by supporters of ABAPConf and the ABAP developer community. MAFINEX will be the home base of ABAPConf 2025 - the keynotes are hosted and streamed from there. Besides that, all co-locations are equal. They will host one content track. SAP experts, and speakers will be at a on site at a co-location. Co-locations might only host a track for one day, or for both event days. Additional activities around ABAPConf might be offered at each location. For instance, an ask me anything session with SAP experts, a Meetup or a workshop.
Call for Speakers
ABAPConf is for developers, by developers. The conference depends on developers that share their experience with other SAP developers. Use this opportunity to show the world how you create SAP solutions using ABAP and / or Fiori. Let others be part of your knowledge and experience. We encourage every SAP developer, be it an expert with years of SAP and speaking experience, or a new joiner to the SAP universe that wants to share lessons learned for the first time to submit a session. Be part of the ABAPConf story and do the first step in turning into a ABAPConf legend.
The registration is a Google forms formular. You can submit more than one talk. Speakers are required to present in person, on-site at an ABAPConf co-location of your choice.

ABAPConf 2025 onsite
ABAPConf 2025 will be co-hosted at several locations. The final list of locations is not yet confirmed. There will be a separate registration site for each ABAPConf 2025 location. We want to offer as many people the chance to join us on site. Therefore, tickets will be assinged by draw, not on a first come, first serve base.
For joining us onsite at ANY location a valid ticket is mandatory!
The online live stream will be made available for free on YouTube.
Early Bird
Early Bird tickets are for attendees that need to plan and arrange their travel trip well in advance. Reasons to apply for an early bird ticket can be (long distance) travel from abroad, Visa application process, time consuming company processes, bureaucracy, team coordination. Obtaining a ticket through the official registration might be too late for these people. To give them the chance to participate in person, we offer a limited set of early bird tickets. General Admission
Apply for a general admission ticket to participate in person at on of the ABAPConf 2025 co-locations. Tickets will be provided per co-location. A valid ticket is needed to participate in person, on-site at a co-location. A ticket will be valid for all days a co-location is hosting ABAPConf 2025.

The ABAPConf 2025 sessions are gonig to be streamed live at YouTube. Giving all ABAP, Fiori and SAP full-stack developers around the world the chance to join us on 4th and 5th.
Agenda
Each location will host (at least) 3 ABAP / Fiori community sessions per day plus the location keynote and ask the expert. The only location that will feature central keynotes on both days is Mannheim: Day 1: ABAPConf keynote - Day 2: SAP keynote. Mannheim is the inofficial headquarter for this event. But all locations are treated equal. Additionally we want to offer a location dedicated to workshops at Dresden with the help of SAP.
ABAPConf 2025 will be running in parallel at several locations and each location will host one channel. In case a location is hosting the event for a single day, the channel is shared up with another location. Speakers will be present in person at one location. Presentations will be recorded and streamed live from a location to the ABAPConf YouTube channel.
Each day the locations will feature a location keynote. The sponsor will present a project, solution, etc (content approved by the ABAPConf orga team, expect sessions by developers, for developers). "Ask the expert" sessions feature SAP experts and speakers answering question from the audience (onsite and online, questions can be submitted).

We hope to offer 18 ABAP / Fiori community sessions, 2 central keynotes and 6 location keynotes as well as 6 ask the expert sessions. At max it could be a total of 32 sessions at ABAPConf 2025.
Venues
ABAPConf 2025 will be co-located at several locations. Each location will host 1 channel / track and sessions will be recorded live from each co-location. Speakers as well as SAP experts will be onsite at every co-location.
We are still in discussion with potential co-location sponsors. Currently Mannheim, Hamburg and Vienna are confirmed as a co-location. Is ABAPConf for ABAP devs?
Yes. It was and always will be. ABAP developers are full stack developers. In the past, the UI were transactions, reports and Dynpros. The UI is now Fiori (Elements). With including officially Fiori topics by adding FioriConf to ABAPConf, we want to honor the role of a modern ABAP developer: writing ABAP and delivering Fiori apps.

Is FioriConf dead?
FioriConf is merged with ABAPConf and will live on. As long as ABAP devs will have to develop Fiori apps, FioriConf will live on. There won't be a separate date for FioriConf or a FioriConf 2025. It is included in ABAPConf 2025.

Is ABAPConf an on site only event?
No. We are planning to stream the sessions live to YouTube.

Great! Do it! Host one! Get in touch with us and we will put your watch party on the official watch party list. Here is an example from ABAPConf 2024. We definitely support this. You can count on us and our support.

Who is organizing ABAPConf 2025?
The event is organized by the ABAPConf orga team. We are supported by location sponsors and by the ABAP team of SAP SE.

Is this only for Europe?
No. Everyone is welcomed to participate, onsite or online. As we are from Europe, there is a strong focus on Europe: locations, start time, etc. Everyone can join us: on site or online through the live stream.

Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes.

Will there be sessions in English?
Yes. In fact, as always, most sessions will be in English. We plan to offer sessions also in German and - depending on a co-location - in a different language too. We want to be were the ABAP devs are.

Can my company sponsor the event?
We are excited to collaborate with you in many ways. Currently the sponsor package we offer is to be a location host. A sponsor package for the overall event or to sponsor food, drinks, evening celebration, or to present the company at an on site expo is currently not planned nor offered. Nevertheless, if you think you have a great benefit to offer to us, reach us at abapconf at gmail dot com.

Yes. ABAPConf is a professional event, so please act accordingly. Please read our Code of Condact to get all the information needed.

Is this an SAP event?
ABAPConf follows is own manifest: by ABAP developers, for ABAP developers. And we stay truth to our ideas: this is not an SAP event, it is organized by ABAP enthusiasts. The ABAP Team at SAP is supporting us with session content. We are happy with this, and so is the SAP side.
